MapsArch helps users discover architecture and the world of buildings and find all the information they need about buildings, their context and their achievements. To achieve this, MapsArch offers users and professionals of the architecture and construction industry to post their achievements and share their knowledge and experience. In order to provide you with our service, we must be able to identify you and your interests. Some of the products we present to you are sponsored by advertisers. As part of the service we offer, we try to ensure that even sponsored content is interesting to you and relevant to your profile. You can recognize advertiser-sponsored content because it is clearly marked as such.
You may use our service only if you are legally authorized to enter into a binding contract with MapsArch, and if you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to access or use MapsArch. MapsArch does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of its services. In no event shall MapsArch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of MapsArch or the content provided by users, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if MapsArch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, and any disputes arising from the use of MapsArch or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
